SuperQigong is a set of Qigong exercise devised and taught by Dr Amir Farid, a respected Qigong Master who has practiced and taught various styles of Qigong for over 25 years.

Being a medical specialist as well, he has extensive knowledge of health, and being one of the pioneers of holistic integrated health in Malaysia, he has a unique insight into health and healing.

Most interestingly, however, is that he was gifted with Qi and the ability to summon the best Qigong exercises automatically.

This set of exercises is beneficial for men and women who want to prevent or recover from all diseases – especially cancer, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, spinal problems, etc. Everyone with any disease can expect some benefits from learning the exercises.

These exercises include the Amazing Qigong Walk, which is very effective against cancer, and various exercises modified from the classic Qigong exercises, or invented by Dr Amir himself.

It takes only about 8 hours to learn the basic set of exercises. However, intensive revision ( 4-8 hours within 1-2 weeks ) is required to ensure that the exercises are done and remembered correctly. Thereafter regular practice is a must if the benefits are to be achieved.
